If you wish to submit a bug report for XNA Game Studio Express or the XNA Framework, please do the following:
Search Connect to see if your issue has already been reported. If you haven't logged onto Connect before, you will need to go through the sign-in process.
If your bug has already been reported, you can simply rate, validate, or add comments to the existing report.
If your bug has not already been reported, you will be given an opportunity to create a new report after running the search above.
