Canceling your membership: In the event you must cancel your membership, please call Xbox LIVE support. Their contact information can be found at http://www.xbox.com/support/live.

Step 1:
Windows Live ID

Windows LIVE ID is the bedrock of all XNA And Xbox accounts, as well as a host of other Microsoft Web sites. Users with a Windows Live ID should move to step 2.

If you do not already have one, sign up for a Windows Live ID today.

Step 2:
Xbox LIVE Account/Gamertag

To create an Xbox LIVE account, go to www.xbox.com, and sign up for a free Xbox LIVE Silver Account now.

This account is part of your Xbox LIVE Gamer Profile (found at xbox.com). Some Creators who already have a “gamer” identity want to make sure they are recognized by including their gamer information (also called a "gamer card”) in their Creator Profile. A gamer tag is not required to post in the Creators Club forums. All you need to post in the forums is a Windows Live ID.

Important: In order to submit games to Xbox LIVE Indie Games, you must have an Xbox 360 account and gamertag.

Step 3:
XNA Creators Profile Account

To create an XNA Creators Club Online account, click Sign In. Use the same Windows LIVE ID account that you use currently for your gamertag on Xbox 360.

This account allows you to customize your profile, choose your Creator name, and post messages to other Creators in our lively forums. If you are signed in with your Windows Live ID, you can sign up for your Creators Club Profile.

Step 4:
Creators Club Premium Membership

4a) Once you've created an XNA Creators Club Online account, sign up for a Premium Membership.

4b) Once you click "Sign up for a Premium Membership", you’ll be redirected to www.xbox.com. You may be prompted to sign in to Xbox.com. (If you are prompted to sign in to Xbox.com, sign in using the same e-mail and password you used previously in Step 1.)

4c) To Redeem a Promo/Trial code: Select Redeem Code, click Next, and then enter your code on the next page to finish activating your XNA Creators Club membership.

The Creators Club Premium Membership is the crown jewel of your XNA game developer identity. Premium members can download Creators Club premium content (information and assets to make games) and review games before they go to Xbox LIVE Marketplace to ensure they are worthy. The Premium Membership gets you everything you need to get your game in front of Xbox LIVE users.
