GarageGames' Torque X for XNA Game Studio 3.0 is now available! GarageGames has already migrated key portions of their 2D and 3D game development technologies to the XNA platform, making it easier to design and build a full-featured game in managed C# using the XNA Framework.  Torque X 3.0 is free for XNA Creator’s Club Premium members.
