We’re continuing to evolve our Peer Review guidelines as we see more creators and games come through XNA Creators Club Online. We've added the following prohibited content to the Peer Review guidelines under Racist/Discriminatory Language (the part in bold was added):

Racist/Discriminatory Language
Depictions of ethnic, religious, nationalistic or other stereotypes like to encourage hatred. Historical religious text and scriptures (such as the Ye Ole (Old) Testament, New Testament, King James Bible, Koran, Torah, Tibetan Book of the Dead, Dead Sea Scrolls, etc) are permitted in an unaltered or unabridged state. Citation for a passage or quotation needs to be referenced. Xbox LIVE reserves the right to review and refuse any game content.

Any game that is in violation of our current guidelines will be failed from Peer Review. If a game should pass peer review that Microsoft determines is in violation of any of these rules or does anything to compromise our system the game will be taken down immediately. We may also suspend your account temporarily or permanently depending on the situation.
